Shipping policy

When will my order be dispatched?

We take great pride in providing fast shipping. All in stock items are usually dispatched within the next working day according to your chosen shipping method upon checkout. 

Pre-orders are given an estimated dispatch date. Pre-orders will be dispatched as soon as they become available. Please note that in some cases this could be after the estimated date. 

 

What happens if my order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items?

Yes Idol prides itself on quick dispatch times. All in stock items will be dispatched ahead of any pre-order items to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Shipping prices upon checkout will reflect this.

 

How is my order packed?

We treat your newly purchased items with the greatest care. All products are quality control checked before dispatch. Items are carefully packed within suitable packaging, for example: larger items are safely packed within cardboard boxes with layers of protective packaging, photocards are shipped within hardbacked envelopes and top loaders. 

 

What shipping methods do you provide?

At Yes Idol, we use a variety of couriers. Royal Mail is the main shipping provider, while couriers such as Evri and UPS are used for tracked services. The choice of courier will depend on the order’s weight, dimensions and value. If your order is sent via a tracked service, you will be provided with the tracking number upon dispatch. 

 

 

 Do you ship outside of the UK?

Yes! We ship worldwide. If you do not see an available shipping option for you upon checkout, please email us at: eleanor@yesidol.co.uk

We do not ship to proxies. Any orders placed with an address for a proxy will be cancelled. 

 

Who pays customs on overseas orders?

Yes Idol is not responsible for paying any customs or import tariffs on your order, these charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 

My order has dispatched but I haven’t received my parcel.

For UK deliveries please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be delivered. If 10 days has passed since your order was dispatched, then please contact us at: eleanor@yesidol.co.uk

For overseas deliveries please allow up to 20 working days for your parcel to be delivered before contacting us.
