Return Policy of Unwanted Goods
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means that the item should still be factory sealed and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping. Returned items will need to be sent back in sufficient packaging as the item was received. It is recommended that you return the item in the same packaging that you received.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, a full refund minus the original shipping fee will be processed within 5 days to your original payment method.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Yes Idol reserves the right to refuse/discard unqualified returned items that did not meet our site policy guidelines.
Damages and issues
In the event that an item is damaged upon receipt, the buyer agrees to contact us immediately. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us with a description and photos of the item and outer packaging within 30 days. Upon receiving this information, we will evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on factory sealed albums that have been opened as we will be unable to check the authenticity of the inclusions once the item has left our facility.
Small scratches or dents on the outer packaging of an album is no warrant for a return. The outer packaging is for protection purposes.
Missing or damaged inclusions from a factory sealed album is not the responsibility of Yes Idol.
Refunds will not be provided on items lost or damaged at the fault of the buyer. Please ensure your address is correct upon checkout.
We cannot accept returns on photocards, sale items, opened items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellation

If the order has not been processed for shipping, we will be able to cancel your order. Orders that have already been processed for shipping unfortunately cannot be cancelled. Orders can still be returned for a full refund minus the shipping fees. Please read the 'Return Policy of Unwanted Goods' section for more information.
In the event that an item is sold-out or unavailable and cannot be provided or delivered to the buyer, Yes Idol will notify the buyer and provide a full refund.
Yes Idol reserves the right to cancel any order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show on your card, dependent on your card/payment provider.
